Do you want to join a dynamic team to join a dynamic team of highly-trained and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to delivering premium-quality care in the NDIS?

Look no further than Ascend Health!

About the Company

Ascend Health prides itself on its alignment with the Universities to hire, train, and provide career-relevant experience to those wanting to study health sciences. Ascend has strictly offered its career development pathway to University Students studying allied-health degrees.

Get ready to kickstart your career in health sciences with Ascend Health! We’re thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our program to Adelaide, offering University Students studying allied-health degrees an opportunity of a lifetime.

Join us as a support worker and start gaining practical experience while working alongside qualified therapists. Our career development pathway will take you from a Support Worker to a Team Leader and eventually a Therapy Assistant. And that’s not all - every 42 days, you’ll receive a pay rise if you attend regular training with our Therapy staff and meet clearly defined objectives in your work.

But that’s just the beginning. Upon graduation, you’ll have the chance to continue with Ascend as a salaried therapist with an ongoing commitment to your development and improving the quality of therapy in the NDIS.

At Ascend, we’re passionate about delivering a comprehensive training program that covers over 50 core modules in 12 months. You’ll receive 1-2 hours of paid training every fortnight delivered by quality therapists and experienced mentors.

So, are you ready to be immersed in the NDIS and make a difference in community intervention? Join us at Ascend Health, where we offer not only a rewarding career but also great pay!

About the Role

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our members at Adelaide! As a part of our team, you’ll be working closely with our clients, providing personal care, domestic assistance, community access, mentorship, medication administration, and 1:1 support to help them achieve their individual NDIS goals.

We’re looking for passionate candidates who can show us their previous experience in supporting clients with disabilities, especially those with complex behaviours and/or health needs. You will have the chance to put your skills and experience to test, making a significant impact on our member’s lives.

At our organisation, we don’t just see our clients as clients, we call them members. As a part of our team, you will be joining a group of people who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. So, are you ready to join us and become a part of something bigger? Apply now and let’s make a difference together!

Ascend Health is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
