As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. Your primary goal will be to assess, diagnose, and provide effective treatment for speech and language disorders, helping individuals improve their communication skills and enhance their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders. (CELF Assessment) & NDIS reports
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs and goals.
- Administer therapy sessions using a wide range of evidence-based techniques and interventions to enhance communication skills, including articulation, voice, fluency, and language development.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, psychologists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
- Educate and provide guidance to individuals and their families on effective communication strategies for daily life.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
