We are in search of dynamic, client-focused Speech Therapist to become part of our clients diverse Allied Health Team in Bunbury. Your role will involve working with children and adult caseloads as part of their NDIS and Aged Care programs, delivering community-based care tailored to their needs. Your expertise in Speech Therapy will be pivotal in assisting clients in managing their requirements. This position is Part Time, days are to be flexible with your requirements.

The Role
As a Speech Therapist in this position, you'll assist clients in enhancing their independence, achieving their objectives, and enjoying a better quality of life within the community. Your responsibilities will include working in collaboration with allied health professionals to undertake, manage and review a range of assessments and intervention programs that will improve or maintain a client's speech and communication. These client-centred individualised planned services may include attention and behavioural programs, speech and language development, trauma programs and fine motor programs.
Specific requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:
- A degree in Speech Therapy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current WA Driver's License.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency and experience in delivering Speech Therapy services.
- Proven track record of employing evidence-based practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage workloads to meet established deadlines and objectives.
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high level of written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and manage case load and time effectively
- Willingness to undergo NDIS Workers Screening, Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol Screen checks.
- Working with children checks
- Full Australian working rights
