- Carry out job inspections and plan work delivery to ensure profit targets are achieved with mind towards our HSEQ responsibilities;
- Assist work delivery crews and contractors to ensure safety, quality and environmental standards compliance;
- Assist the team to identify work delivery, safety, quality and environment improvement opportunities and non-compliance corrective actions;
- Ensure high utilisation of equipment and ensure required repair and maintenance is carried out in a timely and effective manner;
- Liaising with clients in regards to job needs and expectations;
- Planning and management of onsite activities including subcontractors and hire equipment;
- Effective people management of the crew;
- Completion of works in line with our tendered expectations.
- Hands on experience in bituminous Spray Sealing work delivery including operation of equipment and handling raw materials;
- Experience in providing bituminous Spray Seal work scope and product advice that is value add to customers;
- Completed a recognised Leadership training course; (preferred but not mandatory)
- Completed AAPA Safely Working with Bituminous materials and Sprayed Sealing Selection and Design training course.
