An Air Seeder Operator, Sprayer Operator and Ground Crew person are required on a family operated property with a 4,300Ha cropping program located near Nyabing, WA (340km south-east of Perth). Controlled traffic farm with modern machinery. One Operator required to start mid-February to assist with spreading and paddock preparation and the other two Operators to commence mid-late March through to mid-June. Accommodation plus lunch and dinner provided during peak times. Will consider couples and friends traveling together.

- Lime spreading: John Deere 8370R and Agrispread AS120 spreader with auto-steer;;
- Air Seeder: New Holland T9.670 with 18m Morris Quantum bar with auto-steer; Sprayer: Operating a John Deere R4045 36m self-propelled sprayer;
- Experience in seeding and spraying in broadacre agriculture;
- HR/HC licence and truck driving experience preferred for GROUND CREW role;
- ChemCert accreditation or equivalent would be viewed favourably for Sprayer role;
- Proficient in the operation of GPS guidance/auto steer technology;
- Passion for farming and understanding of controlled traffic farming;
- Proficiency in the scheduled maintenance of machinery;
- Willingness to participate in a wide range of general farm duties;
- Ability to cope with physical demands of the job;
- Ability to work flexibly to meet seasonal demands;
- Ability to work both in a team and with limited social contact;
- Meet requirements of WA government health directives;

- Hourly rates:
- Air Seeder & Sprayer Operators: $35+, depending on experience;
- Ground crew: $33+, depending on experience
- Hours:
- Air Seeder/Sprayer Operators: 38-40 hours weekly pre-season; 65-70 hours weekly peak season
- Ground Crew: average 8-10 hours per day;
