SalaryA great opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join Domain's Agent Experience, where you would be responsible for contributing to the development and enhancement of a crucial platform used by thousands of real estate agents and vendors, Pricefinder.
Share your knowledge and mentor fellow team members to foster their growth and excellence while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and technical excellence across the team. Elevating the quality of our software products through code reviews, debugging, and the implementation of best practices and participate in architectural planning and provide technical direction for our platform.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
Be a dedicated team member ready to take ownership of a high-revenue product within our software development team.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, developing and maintaining web applications with clean, tested, scalable, and performant solutions.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, working independently and collaboratively.
Be experienced in working in an iterative, agile/scrum environment with product and engineering teams.
Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attributes
Solid experience in ReactJS and Java.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern technologies
Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and component-driven development.
Strong CSS skills with a focus on responsiveness and mobile-first approach
Proficiency in working with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins
Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS
Implementation and optimisation of logging and data visualisation with tools like ElasticSearch and Kibana.
Experience with Docker.
Utilisation of memory management and caching tools such as Redis
Contribution to the development of front-end microservices
