We’re looking for out of the box thinkers who want to use technology to work on real-world problems that have the potential to change the lives of our 17 million+ customers.As a Staff Systems Engineer in one of the Cloud Foundation team, you will guide product teams on- boarding to the CBA Cloud platform on how to consume cloud services in a safe, scalable way. You will solve problems, design solutions for migrating services to the cloud, and implement the infrastructure components while working closely with product team engineers to ensure that they can operate the implementation once you hand it over to them. In this role you will need strong communication and presentation skills to advise a wide range of stakeholders, from junior engineers to senior management.We’re interested in hearing from people whoHave experience collaborating with cross functional teams to elicit requirements for the cloud infrastructureCan mentor and provide direction to engineering teams on best practices for cloudHave experience in Software Engineering/DevOps/System Engineering in a Cloud based environmentPossesses hands-on technical experience working in a public cloud environment ideally using AWSAre passionate about Cloud/DevOps/Automation and possess a keen interest to solve complex problems in a systematic approachTech skillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
