Address About the Company Davidson Technology are supporting a State Government Department, they are seeking a A07 Stakeholder Readiness Coordinator to join their team for an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend. In this role you will be operating from within the Integrated Program team (Program) of the Enterprise Program Management Office EPMO, you will support the Program Director in the delivery of the Stakeholder Readiness stream. This role has an early start in March 2024, with a Brisbane CBD location and the ability for 50-50 wfh capability. About the Role In this role you will be supporting the Program Director in delivery of operational readiness activities by developing, planning, and implementing the stakeholder engagement and communication strategy aligned to the Digital Strategy 2030 and Futures Strategy. Key responsibilities:
Proactively prioritise and schedule engagement activities for internal and external stakeholders based on priorities and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the program to enable onboarding, adoption, and use of the new digital Platform and Portal with both internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Program Director and Product Manager with general program activities as needed.
Represent the stakeholder voice in requirements prioritisation ensuring appropriate stakeholder language applied to all communication and engagements consistently.
Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Coordinate the design, development, and delivery, of communications for different audiences.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training.
About You
Experience delivering stakeholder activities as part of a multi-disciplinary integrated team. Has used and/or implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 and portals.
Conducted stakeholder testing and using feedback for training and communication collateral and product development.
Experience in supporting uplift of digital literacy and capability.
Previous experience working in collaborative and Agile delivery environments.
Delivered change management, stakeholder engagement and communication activities for digital programs. (Desirable)
Certification and/or extensive knowledge in applying Prosci and/or other change management frameworks. (Desirable)
