With over 10,000 visitors weekly, STARplex has something for everyone as a state-of-the-art sporting hub to support an active community and competitive events. STARplex offers a fully equipped gymnasium, Pilates studio, Indoor Courts program, Swimming Centre and Performing Arts spaceWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to lead and support a dedicated service team in providing exceptional service and delivering timely, quality, and professional responses to enquiries and feedback. The Coordinator will ensure that during the day-to-day operations, program delivery, customer interactions or during the facilitation of significant events, we will keep our facility users and customers safe, improve their experience and enrich their memories of living and playing at STARplex.As an experienced Customer Service Leader, we seek a professional who can work collaboratively within a dynamic environment and engage well in support of our STARplex offerings across the sporting, wellbeing and performing arts spaces.To be successful in this role, you will:Be qualified in Sport and Recreation Management or Frontline Management with experience in a sporting complex, delivering a high level of customer service.Experience in managing staff and the ability to motivate and develop individuals to achieve a harmonious and high-performing teamDemonstrated efficiency, time management and organisation to meet time-sensitive objectives in the delivery of programsHighly developed interpersonal skills with sound experience promoting positive and inclusive behaviour conducive to our Trinity College values.Deliver an energy and drive to bring together a team with a focus on growing and servicing STARplex memberships and community connections.Have the confidence to establish positive relationships and interactions with young peopleHold or able to gain a current working with children checkAbility to work flexibly, outside of usual business hours, to fully support the operation of STARplexThis is an exciting time to join our STARplex team – our vision to deliver a thriving community events space, creating connection and positive experiences for our members is evident in everything we do.Online applications via Trinity College website should be addressed to:Mr Bradley WenskeManagerSTARplexOnline applications close on Monday, 1st April at 4.00pm Trinity College is an Equal Opportunity Employer The College has a commitment to Inclusion and Cultural Safety and Excellence in Professional Practices
