About the role
Reporting to the State Manager and based at our Adelaide Branch, the State Branch Manager - SA/NT/TAS role supports Branch Managers throughout SA/NT/TAS. The role’s primary purpose is to ensure branches have sufficient support, resources and guidance to achieve objectives while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient management of the general operations of all branch staff, skills and service.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality and safety, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective planning for growth within the business.
- Review and provide opportunities to improve processes for schedulers, logistics team, yard staff and drivers.
- Champion ongoing support of telematics systems.
- A friendly and supportive team environment.

- Tertiary qualifications in Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Be prepared to travel regularly throughout SA/NT/TAS to support the State and Branch Managers.
- Proven experience mentoring and leading teams across a multi-site network.
- The ability to establish productive, professional relationships at all levels of the business.
