A leadership opportunity is open for an experienced FIFO Branch Operations Manager to join an ASX 100 listed organisation in the Cooper Basin SA. As the manager of one of the largest branches, with operational leader reports, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 70+ employees, plus subcontractors, who will be servicing the significant national contract multi-million-dollar contract. Coordinating with the Operations Manager's roster, you will work a flexible FIFO period with off-site periods working from offices or remotely from home.
About You:
Being a seasoned operational leader with a proven track record in successfully managing senior operational teams, your hands-on approach demonstrates success driving efficiencies and profitability, servicing a high value contract. You are committed to enhancing safety measures and ensuring strict compliance within the operational domain. You hold a strong operational foundation within a heavy industry business, ideally with exposure to industrial services, waste management, transport, or logistics sectors. Your adept communication skills enable you to skilfully navigate interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, cultivate community relationships, and embody a down-to-earth and humble manner. This is a permanent role on a FIFO basis thus previous FIFO experience is essential.
