About the role
Are you passionate about ensuring your community adheres to the Moorabool Planning Scheme standards? Do you have a strong understanding of planning compliance and the legal frameworks governing it? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Statutory Planner (Enforcement).
As a Planning Enforcement Officer with Moorabool Shire you will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our shire's planning and development landscape. A high level of attention to detail and a desire to work with the community to achieve compliant use is required.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Planning with experience in providing planning services.
The successful applicant should have excellent knowledge of the Victorian planning system and statutory controls/legislation, and an ability to negotiate and mediate with a range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you should have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders, and be able to gain cooperation and assistance.
