Statutory Planner

PSP are currently working with a large council South East of the CBD. Council are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Statutory Planner who has had experience managing a caseload of applications. You will gain exposure to a mixture of residential, noise extension, vegetation removal, subdivision of land, etc.

This would be a good move for a planner who has six months plus experience in Local Government, in Victoria and wants to build on that in a supportive planning team.

Hybrid working arrangement with two days in the office and three working frrom home.

Requirements Include:

• Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to provide clear and concise reports, permits and correspondence.
• At least six months experience as a Statutory Planner within Local Government.
