Steel Fabricator/Workshop Supervisor

• Solid variety of metal fabrication works including aluminium balustrades, perf screens, window shades, aluminium stair systems, gates, glass and steel balustrade systems, Stainless handrail and balustrade systems. 
• Enjoy the on the tools roll as well as being able to supervise and report back each day/week. However, occasionally there will be an opportunity to get out of the workshop and go to site to see the product installed when necessary, this will help with product design, quality and despatch improvements. 
• Create high quality, high end masterpieces of work within the budget for our clients who love the quality we can produce.

What we expect of you:

• Great work ethic 
• Attention to detail and quality 
• Ability to work unsupervised in the workshop and on-site.
• Ability to work to timeframes & deadlines.
• Good communication skills
• Report back to the team leader at the end of a day with key reporting numbers. 

Essential 

• Driver’s license

The following will be well regarded but are not essential:

• Trades certification 
• Forklift licence. 
• Any other licences. 

Above all we are looking for people with a good attitude that are willing to work and have initiative and above all enjoy creating amazing works of art out of metal. For the right person that hasn’t got all the qualifications but has the ability, we are willing to support you if you are willing to support us.
