Responsibilities:
- Steel Fixers:
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel bars.
- Install reinforcement steel bars in concrete forms.
- Formworkers:
- Construct formwork for concrete foundations, walls, and structures.
- Install formwork according to specifications.
- Ensure formwork is level, secure, and properly aligned.
- Concreters:
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques.
- Monitor concrete curing and drying process.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Operators:
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.
