Form of workSteeline Frames & Sheds is a market leader in supplying light guage Steel Framing to the residential building sector in NNSW, SEQ, and Wide Bay Region.
We require the services of a Steel Framing Detailer/Estimator for our Steel House Frame Division.
The person we seek must have a high level of experience with Vertex BD & CAD Software. The applicant must have knowledge of current construction and building practices.
Primary duties include:
- Provide accurate Quotations to customers.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Attending to customer queries.
- Collaborate with Architects, Builders, Owners and Engineers
- Maintain cost data bases and backing up of all data.
-Pro Active in customer communication and meetings when necessary
-Detail Light Guage Framing and structural steel Framing plans and modules ready for the roll forming machines and delivery to site by way of understanding and interpreting Architectual construction plans and specifications.
-Reporting to detailing manager.
The position offered is full time with a package to suit the level of experience.
