Job description

Sonoma Bakery in Alexandria is seeking a Stock Administratior that has a strong work ethic to work in our procurement team.

You work well as an individual and collaboratively in a high-performing team in a culture that encourages you to push yourself for greater.

ROLE:

Coordinate freight bookings.

Manage stock movement.

Create dispatch documents and daily operational documents.

Maintain stock levels with team to prevent overstocking and running out of stock for both internal and external storage.

Enter daily data into system.

Reconcile freight invoices.

Create purchase orders.

System goods receiving. 

Track and trace both inbound and outbound freight.

Participate in monthly stocktake activity.

Production and printing of month end reports.

Help with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

YOU:

Excellent administrative skills, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organisation and communication skills both verbal and written.

Must be consistent, reliable, punctual, and efficient in your work.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of inventory, logistics and transport industry would be advantageous.

SAP B1 experience preferably.
