The Warehouse Distributor/Stock Administrator’s role is responsible for providing a professional service for our customers and ensuring that the requests are actioned in a timely manner. This includes the pick, pack & dispatch of customer orders to ensure KPI’s are met.
POSITION SUMMARY AND DUTIES:
- Responsible for the daily shipping and receiving of goods
- Maintain all records of parts received and dispatched.
- Taking part in all cycle count and stock take duties.
- Maintain Occupational Health and Safety issues within the warehouse.
- Maintain general housekeeping of direct areas
- Understands and is responsible for quality control standards.
- Be able to competently co-ordinate activities of other distribution center facility employees
- Point of escalation and resolution for work related issues
- Complete report creation, tracking and analysis as required
- Meet Client KPI
EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Hold a valid LF Fork Lift License & LO Order Picker/Turret Truck Licenses
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Possesses an advanced level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Mid-level Computer skills required: Outlook, WMS, Excel spread sheets, Word, Power Point
- Be flexible in working hours
- Ability to achieve quality results
- Minimum 2- 3 Years’ experience in the Logistics industry
