We are seeking a Store Assistant at our Salisbury location to assist in daily tasks with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Both Retail and Hairdressing experience is fundamental, as well as a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Based at our Salisbury location
- Casual Position - 8:30am-5pm Monday's, Tuesday's, and Friday's weekly and alternate Wednesday's (no weekend work or late nights required)
- Answer customer enquiries, and serve customers in-store in a professional, polite, and timely manner
- Report to your Store Manager and fulfil tasks that you are assigned, efficiently and with a positive attitude
- Correctly process sales via our POS system
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
About you:
- Hair and beauty knowledge are a must
- Retail and Hairdressing experience fundamental
- Exceptional customer service
- Merchandising skills
- An eager eye for detail
- Sound computer skills
- Superior organisational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales targets and implement marketing campaigns
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work at other Salon Hair Care stores if opportunities present (driver’s licence essential)
