As a Store Leader, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer-centric approach. Leading our team to deliver exceptional service, your role includes maximizing sales, providing expert product knowledge, and nurturing lasting customer relationships.Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' retail store management experience with Premium products.
- Excellent communication skills and team-player mentality
- Strong sales prowess and customer service acumen
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to targets
- Proficiency in computer and POS systems
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Quoting and follow-up
- Weekend availability is preferred (Roster of Tues - Sat, Sun - Mon or every 2nd weekend)
