About the role:
As the Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, bringing to life our DNA. We are looking for a Bold and Bright leader with a passion for customer and team Connection, a desire to Disrupt and a Give a Damn attitude.
Reporting to the Memo’s Sales Manager; you will play key role in developing the Flagship stores quarterly strategy and bring to life a customer first culture like no other! You and the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for executing on the strategy within the day to day operation of the store.
Success looks like; leading, coaching and inspiring your team to deliver measurable results in a high-growth environment. It’s your job to:
1. Create incredible customer experiences in a busy and fast-growing environment.
2. Bring to life the Memo’s feel-good factor by leading our services, events and experiences in store.
3. Collaborative work cross functionally with our Merchandise and Planning, Logistics, Creative, Visual Merchandising and Loss Prevention Teams.
About You:
The successful Store Manager will be an ambassador for the memo brand, embodying the memo company values and maintaining a positive brand image. You authentically demonstrate the ultimate standard of an exceptional customer experience and will work collaboratively with our Visual Merchandising and team to deliver incredible retail service. From there we are looking for people who have;
- Extensive Retail leadership experience (minimum 3 years)
- High school certificate (required)
- Fluent verbal and written English (required)
- Computer literate – Word, Outlook, Excel (required)
- Passionate advocate for doing Parenting differently.
