A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Store Manager at our client's Tuggerah store.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of retail. You will be responsible for ensuring sales budgets and store KPIs are exceeded. Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring, managing, and developing team members
- Creating a collaborative, fun, and results-driven team environment
- Creative visual merchandising and inventory management
- Setting monthly rosters and managing staffing requirements
- Implementing company policies
- Participating in the recruitment and selection of team members

The Ideal Candidate:
You are highly motivated with excellent sales skills, a strong team player, and a natural leader. Previous management experience and a deep understanding of the retail industry are essential. Great communication skills, the ability to motivate staff, and drive sales are a must.
