Currently we have a vacancy for a Store Manager position at ourBraddon Cellarbrations Store. As Store Manager you will be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the store through:
a) management and development of staff to deliver a high level of customer service
b) maximising the profitability and viability of the store
c) management of WHS standards

Essential Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to manage people effectively
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service position
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to coach staff ‘on the job’
- Intermediate computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Ability to lift medium to heavy weights for a period of time
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Qualification
- Driver’s Licence (current)
- Forklift Licence
Desirable Selection Criteria
- Experience in a similar role in the liquor industry
- Liquor product knowledge
