About the job :
In this role you will directly report to Operations Manager, you will :
- Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction
- Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
- Act as a role model, leading by example with passion and enthusiasm
- Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive the business
- Support the implementation of the monthly service and sales plan, goals and targets
- Ensure efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wages control etc.
- Maintain computer-based records such as sales report, petty cash record, staff performance review etc.
- Closely monitor store sales in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity
- The ability to manage customer complaints and handle it in a reasonable way
- The receipt, preparation, packing of goods for repair or replacement and the minor repair of goods
- All directly employed persons engaged in retail stores in cleaning, store greeting and security
- The pre-packing or packing, weighing, assembling, pricing or preparing of goods for sale
About you :
• at least1 year experience working in a retail environment, especially fashion brand
• Advanced computer literacy with MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage and develop a positive and productive store management team
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance (KPI) through effective coaching skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively manage the wage costs according to company rostering standards
• Bonus if you can speak different languages, especially Mandarin
