Roles and Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Inspire and motivate employees to achieve sales targets, uphold brand values, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales performance by setting targets and implementing strategies to maximise revenue growth. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to improve results.
Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high store standards, visual merchandising, and product presentation. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee inventory control processes, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure products are readily available and well-stocked.
Staff Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct regular training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of store staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and career development within the team.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage store budgets efficiently, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the store operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks, and promoting a safe working environment.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive footfall and brand awareness.
