About the Job
As the Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations to keep the store running smoothly. This means watching over sales, managing inventory, and arranging product displays to make sure the store is doing well. You'll also lead and train the sales team, helping them meet their goals and provide great service to customers. Your focus will be on making sure every customer has a great experience, finding what they need and resolving any issues that come up. You'll come up with ways to bring more people into the store and increase sales, while also making sure everything looks neat and follows company rules. Plus, you'll analyze sales data to help make smart decisions that keep the store successful.
About the candidate
- Previous experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences.
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets for both individuals and the store.
- Skilled in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Familiarity with maintaining store appearance and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
- Understanding of and ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports for informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Competitive salary starting at $62K, plus commissions
- Structured training and onboarding process led by the Regional Manager
- Tuesday - Saturday roster
- Ability to work independently and as part of a smaller team
- Comfortable working alone
- Strong motivation skills to inspire the team
- Proficiency in handling difficult conversations within the team
