About You
- Previous retail management experience
- Experience in footwear or childrenswear advantageous
- Patience and adaptability
- Proven experience achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
- A successful track record of leading a team
- Ability to up skill, train, develop and coach team members
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively & prioritise tasks
