This reputable retailer is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Belconnen!
About you:
The ideal candidate will possess a warm and nurturing customer approach, fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the store. Coaching and developing a team comes easy to you as well as your ability to elevate overall store performance.
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Previous retail management experience
* An agile personality and enthusiasm
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
* Proven experience achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
* Effective organisational and time management skills
* Exposure to stock & inventory control, as well as visual merchandising
* A genuine passion for retail & fashion!
