Store Manager:As the
Store Manager of their Mount Gravatt Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store.
Your responsibilities will include:- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets.
- Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
