North Eastern MelbourneTHE ROLE...As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, and providing support, direction and inspiration to the Team Members in your store. at the same time, you will be in charge of training on customer service excellence; communicating the company strategies and objectives, as well as guidance and coaching around personal development, merchandising and store operating standards.
