We're seeking someone with management or leadership experience, highly focused on safety, great communication and computer skills. Having a background in the building industry, Warehouse and Transport will be highly regarded. Being physically fit to be able to help the warehouse in the daily activities is essential. Full training with our internal onboarding will be provided on our Trade Centre products to set you up for success and increase your earning potential. Forklift licence is desirable or be willing to obtain one.

Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit comprises of Gyprock, Martini, Himmel & Potter. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader of interior lining solutions across the building sector.
Your role will include the following:
Fostering a Positive Culture: Create and maintain a positive culture on site.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety requirements and safety plan.
Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service.
Product Distribution Oversight: Manage the distribution of products.
Daily Store Management: Oversee and coordinate daily store activities.
Retail Excellence Standards: Maintain high standards of retail excellence.
Contribution to Financial Goals: Contribute to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
Financial Responsibility: Hold full responsibility and accountability for store profit and loss (P&L).
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a close-knit team of 5.
The store is open from 7 am to 3 pm, and occasionally, you might be required to be on-site before 7 am or after 3 pm. You will be required to work the necessary hours, averaging 38 hours per week, to ensure the smooth running of the store.
