- Strong retail experience with a track record of achieving results

- Managers experience preferred
- Excellent time management & planning skills
- Ability to performance manage and motivate staff
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A complete love for up to the minute fashion
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales budgets as set by Head Office
- Strive towards achieving the best possible service at all times
- Ensure a high standard of store presentation at all times with respect to cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Reflect Pilgrim's image and always be well presented in Pilgrim's current garments
- Supervise casual employees engaged in sales and ensure you keep them motivated at all times
- ensure your lead by example at all times
- Provide on the job training of subordinates, recommend to Retail Area Manager appropriate training for staff where required
- Manage deliveries and replenishment of stock
- Responsible for stock control in store and ensure accurate records of all stock received and transferred are maintained.
- Ensure weekly tasks are completed
- Undertake other duties as directed by management.
