About the role:
In their recently new and improved Southland store, this brand is looking for an eager and talented retail manager to join their team! You will lead a team of 15 to success, and inspire them to smash store budgets and goals by setting kpis and working side by side them on shop floor.
Your responsibilities:
- Guide your team members to provide excellent customer service within the store
- Performance manage your team and develop them in their roles
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards
- Manage and control store inventory and prevent loss
- You will have previous Store Management experience in retail
- Have a passion for building and motivating a team
- Experience with working towards budgets and KPIs
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
