It will be your responsibility to implement business processes that ensure the supermarket team delivers optimum customer relationships and sustainable financial returns.
Some of your specific responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership to all store staff, and ensuring a cultural environment where people are motivated to achieve their goals;
- Attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting the best people for all roles;
- Ensuring a culture of superior customer service;
- Meeting financial obligations, and delivering an improved bottom line performance year on year; and
- Ensuring maximum turnover of stock through careful management.
To succeed in this role, you will have an extensive background as Store Manager or Assistant Manager within the supermarket or retail industry.
