About the Role: As the Store Manager, you will ensure that the store operates smoothly and effectively while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. You will inspire your team to create memorable shopping experiences for your customers, enhancing the beauty and joy that our products bring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure excellent store standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met consistently according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in luxury retail or jewellery.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
