What is the role?
As a Store Manager at The Coffee Club Toowoomba (Drive Through), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store and Drive Through operations. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence.

Who are we looking for?
As well as having proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role (preferably within The Coffee or food industry), you will also be:
A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
Confident – in your hospitality skills and operational knowledge;
A Leader - you lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to collectively deliver The Coffee Club standards.
