As the Store Manager, you will be an enthusiastic brand ambassador and an experienced sales professional focused on helping our customers to create their ideal home based on our unique product offer and exceptional value for which Early Settler is known.
About the role
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, with the passion and ability to coach and develop their team to deliver not only sales success, but also real customer service to be proud of.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Successful operation of all aspects of the store performance;
- Developing and managing a team that delivers exceptional customer service from a team of brand ambassadors;
- Ensuring the retail space is inviting and inspiring, so our customer always feels at home.
You will be required to work on weekends as part of a rotating roster.
About you
Leading applicants will have:
- Proven experience in managing a store to success, preferably in the furniture or homewares industry;
- Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers;
- Proven experience and ability in coaching and developing teams to deliver sales success and real customer service to be proud of;
- Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management.
