Store Operations Coordinator

Provide ongoing operational support to new and existing Chemist Discount Centre Stores in this full time role, with opportunities for travel.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Chemist Discount Centre, the Store Operations Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with Support Office stakeholders while providing end-to-end internal operational support. This role provides additional external support to Chemist Discount Centre stores via onboarding of new stores.
What your day might look like:

• Provide general support to CDC brand stakeholders at Support Office
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date on the CRM system and relevant departments within the Platform Alliance Group are informed of any key changes
• Provide training and operational/ technical support for new CDC store conversions, both remote and instore
• Provide merchandising support for new CDC stores as required
• Assist CDC Pharmacy Business Managers in the preparation of 6-8 week reporting regarding store visits/ appointments
• Assist CDC Pharmacy Business Managers in any follow-ups or queries as required

Skills we’re looking for:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skillset
• Understanding of the pharmacy / retail industry
• Current Australian drivers’ licence (some overnight travel required)
• Ability to plan and execute projects, working to strict timelines
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to produce reports, analyse data, problem-solve and suggest areas for improvement
