About the Role
The Store Person role plays a pivotal role in ensuring critical medical supplies are delivered to clinics and wards within the hospital. The role sits as part of the Supply Chain team and will contribute to the overall service delivery to the RCH. What you’ll achieve:
Place orders for hospital departs via Imprest scanning. Receive, sort, and deliver goods to the relevant storerooms.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of supplier orders to various departments within the hospital.
Play a key role in the overall service provided to the hospital in ensuring clinicians have all the gear they need for their patients.
Your skills and experience:
You have worked in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key to your success.
You have previous experience working in a stores, distribution or warehouse role using purchasing and inventory systems such as Oracle and Coupa
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to offer superior customer service.

About Supply Chain at the RCH
The Supply Chain team at the RCH process thousands or orders per month containing critical medical supplies for the hospital. Deliveries include specialist equipment as well as temperature sensitive goods. Our customers are all internal departments around the hospital from ED to operating theatres. The team operates across three main areas across Imprest scanning and delivery, inbound goods, and theatre stores.
