Are you a dedicated, full-time warehouse Team Member and store person who wants to make a difference, work in a high-performing team, and grow with our business? If that sounds like you, we're looking for a reliable Warehouse Store Person/Warehouse Team Member to join our Port Hedland team!
What you’ll be doing
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and through email.
- Perform various tasks such as stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, stock top-ups, and maintaining organised storage. Receiving inwards goods, conduct cyclic stocktakes
- Take on diverse warehousing responsibilities as a part of our warehouse team.
- Prepare orders, handle items, pack shipments, and handle occasional administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of items, contributing to the smooth and safe operation of the warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with the team to promote a positive working environment for both customers and Team Members.
What You’ll Need
- Effective customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in warehousing.
- Efficient in preparing orders, handling items, packing shipments, and managing occasional administrative tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skill
- Safety First Mindset
- Team player with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Reliable – punctual and dependable
- Forklift License - preferred
