We have a great opportunity for a Store Ready Lead to join our team in Supply Chain. You be responsible for supporting the co-ordination, reporting and analysis of events across the business. This involves forward planning, system maintenance, deadline management, cross functional engagement, container tracking, operational reporting, and providing subject matter expertise in related projects management of future event initiatives.
What you'll be doing
As the Store Ready Lead you will:

  • Support working groups between DC's, 3PL's, Inventory, Merchandise, Suppliers to resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements
  • Drive stakeholder engagement for Major and Special event to ensure business requirements are met with the appropriate Into Store timelines
  • Be responsible for Event tracking and reporting end to end, including deliveries into Freight Forwarders, container arrivals, through to despatch, and ensuring on time deliveries into stores
  • Manage all Event Code Lead-time impacts - which includes National Holiday impacts, Major & Special Event lead-times and any port specific impacts.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
  • Knowledge and experience with Sales & Operations Planning
  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, especially with MS Excel related systems
  • 1-3 years experience in managing inventory, such as leadtime, ordering, logistics, and capacity planning
  • Experience working in cross functional inventory or supply chain teams
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
