Due to their growth, their operation is currently hiring experienced Storeman / Forklift Operators to join their growing team. This position is to join the Day shift, Monday - Friday with occasional overtime where required.
Shift time will be as per below
- AM Shift - 9am - 5pm
- Potential of overtime as required which will require flexibility.
- Two week's training period is mandatory - 6:30am to 2:30pm
Pay rates as below.
- AM shift $35 per hour
If you are looking for stability and longevity this position will be temp to permanent for the successful applicants.
You will be required, but no limited to the following duties:
- Extensive experience on counter balance forklifts of up to 3.5 tonne
- Experience on High reach forklift is a MUST
- Ability to load and unload trucks
- Understanding of COR
- General Pick and pack duties
- General warehouse duties i.e. cleaning of your areas to ensure safety
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:
- Extensive Experience counter balance forklifts
- Experience with long loads
- Attention to detail
- Has experience in a fast paced environment
- Can commit to Monday- Friday afternoon shifts
- Flexible to work weekend shifts where required
- Can start ASAP
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs if needed
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication
