What you'll be doing
Actively participate as a member of a team who are required to provide a timely,
accurate and efficient standard of stores service to the hospital.
Provide a highly professional serviced which includes receiving incoming goods, delivery of stock & non-stock items throughout the Hospital, the imprest of stock for wards, picking of orders and maintaining the stores areas & keeping it a clean & tidy environment
An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.
- Storeman/Warehousing Experience-Minimum Three (3) Years with experience in stock receiving, putting away, picking & despatching.
- Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Stock Control Procedures preferably using barcoding and Oracle System
- Effective verbal and written communication skills & with the ability to following written process & procedures
- Hospital or Similar Facility Work Experience
- Demonstrate flexibility to be able to work within other areas of Corporate Services.
- Current LF Forklift Licence is a requirement.
