The Role: Storeperson, Compounding
A great opportunity has become available for a Storeperson to join our Compounding Team in a full-time, permanent opportunity based on site at our Brunswick site.
You will be responsible for (ST/OT orders) and receipt (OP and ST/OT orders) of materials into the pharmacy to meet internal and external customer requirements.
You will be working alongside an experienced team with an opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm OR 12:30 pm– 8:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complies with mandatory GMP/GDP/EHS
Complies with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements
Maintaining inventory/stock
Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centers and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.
Implementation of lean in store area
Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
Other pharmacy duties as required
Re-filling shelves ensuring stock rotation
End of the month stocktake
Other duties may include picking of materials and ancillaries to assist production
Supervising and prioritising work for picking assistants as required by daily production needs
You may be required to work between the hours of 5am – 10pm depending on the business requirements.

Technician level (for internals)
