We’re looking for a team member that wants to join a high-performing team that delivers one of the best 3PL solutions in the world.
You’ll work in our Melbourne warehouse to manage receives, inventory and orders both manually and using forklifts and other equipment. You’ll be supported by a team who will offer both great knowledge and learning, as well as opportunities to grow in our company.
We’ve seen huge growth in recent years and there is a wealth of opportunity for a candidate with a great work ethic and mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate.

+ Key Responsibilities
General
- Efficiently handle goods and products in the warehouse both manually and using warehouse equipment
- Ensuring all Receives, Orders, and Invoicing tasks are completed within SLAs/KPIs
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory from clients
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
+ Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- A current forklift licence
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
- Preferably apparel & fashion goods
- Experience using CargoWise or other WMS knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
