Job Description
Our Store Leaders bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, leading teams, and creating a meeting place in their communities.

About You
- Previous experience in a store leadership role, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry
- Exposure to managing store operations and driving financial success
- Previous exposure to rostering, P&L reports and budgets
- An ability to develop teams and foster a positive and fun working environment
- Reliable transport across early morning & late night hours
