SalarySelect Property Maintenance we are a well established family company offering common area gardening and common area internal/external cleaning to strata complexes and have been in the industry for over 35 years. Our service areas are in and around Parramatta, ryde, epping, eastwood etc
We are looking for a self motivated, dynamic, energetic, reliable person who enjoys working outdoors and being a valued member of our team.
- Strata Gardening and Common area cleaning position
- Casual position 5 days a week $30-$35 an hour plus super, depending on experience level (After trial period will potentially be offered full time position for the right candidate)
- Must have licence and own transport to get to site and/or to Greystanes to travel in company vehicle.
- Hours are usually between 7am-3pm may vary longer or shorter depending on the day/season.
Duties:
- Hedge trimming using extension hedge trimmer
- Whipper snipper and edging
- Lawn mowing
- Weed identification and control
- Blowing of common ground picking up sticks, leaves/debris, rubbish etc
- Lifting and cleaning out grated drains
- Common area stairwell cleaning, Vacuum, mop, front door glass
- Change light globes and light timers.
- High pressure washing of hard surfaces, driveways, paths etc
At least 1 years experience in a similar role gardening and/or strata common area cleaning and maintenance preferred. Training will be provided
