To support these exciting future growth plans, they seek to hire a business savvy, Strata Title Manager to work closely with the COO and Leadership Team and manage an already growing business and lead the Property portfolio to achieve key operational milestones.
This role is hands-on with day to day operational involvement and leadership, overseeing a small team in each location and managing the talent lifecycle through recruitment, retention and financial oversight for each property, assisting with due diligence and market information on potential growth targets.
Success requires a hands-on approach and demonstrated expertise in both managing and enhancing ideally accommodation or hospitality-related business with diverse operational drivers. With 1+ years of multi-site management experience and a minimum of 3+ years in a Operations role (preference for exposure to Strata or Owner’s Corporation), your strong sense of business acumen will play a pivotal role in making informed decisions for the overall success of the business.
On a personal level you are tenacious, resilient and resourceful. You are also proactive, down to earth and able to influence and build trusting relationships on all levels.
