Are you an organisational development expert from insurance or financial services ready to spearhead a critical function shaping this global organisation's future?
This is your chance to lead the design and implementation of the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) framework, ensuring the client has the right talent to achieve their strategic objectives in a rapidly changing market. You'll collaborate with executives, business leaders, and HR to translate insights into actionable workforce plans and drive organisational change.
What you'll do:

  • Partner with executives and leaders to understand business goals and translate them into strategic workforce requirements for larger transformational programs
  • Develop and refine the SWP methodology, encompassing job architecture, demand forecasting, and gap analysis.
  • Drive the end-to-end SWP process, from data collection to scenario planning and workforce strategy formulation.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide workforce decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Lead the operationalization of the SWP function, transitioning from ideation to a sustainable process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, finance, and business units to ensure seamless integration of workforce strategies.
You bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic organisational design, with a proven track record of success ideally from consutling and financial services
  • Deep understanding of insurance/financial services and its impact on workforce planning.
  • Strong executive engagement skills to collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Change leadership capabilities to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
