AddressDigital Content Producer - GOLD 104.3 Metro Network
Who are we? We're a bunch of talented and passionate creative people who think big, have fun and are proud of what we do. The purpose of this role is to produce content and curate a community for Melbourne’s #1FM station Gold 104.3. From time to time you may also share content and your creativity on other Metro network stations. Who are you? You're someone who can craft highly engaging content, and you have a deep understanding of social media.
What does success look like? For us it’s increased awareness and engagement on our social media platforms and website. But enough about us, success is more than just impressive stats, it’s also you going home proud of what you've achieved each day!
About The Role:
- This is an important role for a creative individual with digital content skills and a strong grasp of what engages audiences on social channels.
- You’ll do everything from producing memes, writing articles to filming videos with announcers and creatively selling station promotions.
- You’ll collaborate with the Gold 104.3 Content team and other digital content producers to generate ideas and produce social content that has a strong focus on driving engagement for the target demo.
- Strong focus on amplifying audio content to increase podcast and iHeart radio listens.
- Our listeners are important to us, and so is curating our online community. They love The Christian O’Connell Show and Gold 104.3. Engaging and building this community via interaction and creation of sharable content is vital.
About You:
- You love creating digital content and have experience producing videos for online and social media.
- You have a strong sense of what content will resonate with an online audience.
- You think creatively and work pro-actively.
- You take your work seriously, but there’s room for fun.
